Police prevented hundreds of demonstrators from reaching the district headquarters in the city of Ramallah, Tuesday evening, through the strengthening of the security deployment in the region.

Witnesses said the reporter, "Palestine now", said that about 300 citizens marched in a demonstration of Manara Square, the center of Ramallah, the direction of the county seat, to protest the visit of U.S. President Barack Obama of the West Bank, scheduled for next Friday.

The demonstrators shoes, in a reference to their willingness to be directed to Obama, in addition to slogans denouncing the U.S. blind bias for "Israel".

The correspondent added that the skirmishes hands and speech occurred between demonstrators and police officers who formed a human 4 barriers in front of the province, in an attempt to prevent demonstrators from reaching it.
