While he wasn’t “second-guessing the call” to close American embassies and consulates in the Middle East on Sunday, Charles Krauthammer said the decision is the latest reflection of the Obama administration’s foreign-policy standing. “It’s at a rather low,” he observed on Special Report this evening.
“It tells you the wreckage that is the foreign policy,” Krauthammer explained. “You add that on to the ‘reset’ with Russia and the humiliation with Snowden and add on to that the open hand to Iran and the rejection time and again contemptuously for all Obama initiatives, and you’ve got a foreign policy in shambles.”
