Letter sent to the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of PA re an update of a complaint against a court reporter removing 14 pages from the official certified transcript. For two and a half years there is no reponse from the federal court, DA, US Attorney, FBI. Do you think you can trust integrity of the court system if something like this is being covered up?

Dear Judge Bartle,

in January of 2011 I wrote to you advising you that a court reporter working in the USDC for The Eastern district of PA, Donna Anders, engaged in falsification of the official court transcript, removing a total of 16 pages, among them 14 pages of the whole cross examination of a party, Lisa Ostella. Not only Ms. Anders falsified the transcript, she attempted to frame another court reporter, as she took a transcript signed by another court reporter and removed pages, as well as removed from the index all mention of the cross examination of party Ostella, which was detrimental to plaintiffs. I did not receive any response to my complaint.

Please, find attached the letter and exibits forwarded to the District Attorney of Philadelphia, Chief Judge of the Circuit, FBI, Department of Justice and the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. Congress.

This issue is of paramount importance and violations are egregious. If the court reporters can remove multiple pages from the official transcript and manipulate the cases and presiding judges do nothing about it, the Federal Court system cannot be trusted by the public and the Federal court system becomes complicit in manipulation and falsification of records.

Request for information was sent to the DA under PA Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq. Since the Federal court is not a state agency, I cannot request information from you under 65§66.1, however I am asking for information under 5U.S. 552  Freedom of Information act (FOIA) or simply as a response to the complaint filed previously.

I am requesting any and all documents and information in regards to actions taken against Court Reporter Donna Anders:

1. Was there an administrative hearing?

2. As court reporter would not endanger her career and face prison term for falsification of the certified court transcripts without any incentive, I am requesting information, whether during the administrative hearing Ms. Anders advised the court, who asked her to falsify the court records and what incentive did she receive?

3.Wwas Ms. Anders fired from her position as a court reporter for the Eastern District of PA?

4. Did you or any other employee of this court forward this information to the law enforcements for further criminal investigation and prosecution?
